Laura Green is a documentary director and editor based in San Francisco. She has directed, produced and edited five short documentaries, which played at numerous festivals, including Palm Springs Shortfest, Aspen Shortsfest, Sarasota Film Festival, Mill Valley Film Festival, and Outfest. She edited True Son (2014), a feature length documentary, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, and the new documentary web-series The F Word. Green is also a lecturer at Stanford University, California College of the Arts, and the Graduate School of Journalism at UC Berkeley.
Anna Moot-Levin is a documentary filmmaker and editor based in Brooklyn. She has directed, produced, shot and edited three short documentaries, Still in Motion (2011), Well-Fed (2012) and Track by Track (2013). Track by Track premiered at the Slamdance Film Festival and is in distribution with Sproutflix. She is also an associate producer of the Academy Award-winning documentary Inside Job (2010). Moot-Levin has an M.F.A. in Documentary Film and Video from Stanford University and received her B.A. in film and sociology from Vassar College.
Matthew Probst, PA-C
Matthew Probst cultivates health in Northern New Mexico. A born and raised Norteño, he graduated from the UNM PA program in 2003 and has been involved with ECFH ever since first as a new grad provider, then becoming a board member, and now serving as Chief Quality Officer and Medical Director. In addition to his administrative responsibilities he provides patient care in the Las Vegas area clinics. Matthew was awarded the title of “Distinguished Alumni Award” by the UNM PA Program in 2017”, “PA of the Year” by the NMAPA in 2014, “Outstanding Preceptor” by the UNM PA Program in 2010, and “Provider of the Year” in 2009 by the NMPCA. He founded the Semillas De Salud program in 2008, a “grow your own” health professional program which mentors youth interested in future health careers.
Pam Beitlich, DNP, ARNP, RN
Pam Beitlich brings 30 years of experience in patient care, medical staff relations and nursing administration, but her message of transformational leadership goes beyond the arena of clinical care. She strongly believes the healthcare leader of today must have expert communication skills to build inter-professional relationships and must be open to feedback aimed at helping them continually improve.

Session Description: During this session, working nurse executive Dr. Pam Beitlich will share what it takes to be a courageous and resilient leader in today’s health care paradigm. This session will review the complexities of current care delivery, the continued presence of undesired variations in care, and the need for all leaders to establish competence as coaches of staff performance to be the most effective leaders we can be.
